It is a simple way to find a variety of caregivers to choose from, and is rather easy to use. Her experience has been good, but she did say that vetting the various caregivers was a critical component to getting the best person to fit her parents needs.
If you need help with your parents, we have some resources. Elena, the heard nurse in our office has a list of places to look, but I think this website is another good resource and is worth checking out.
